Job summary

Salamander Charleston is seeking a banquet server to deliver food and beverage service to guests in Charleston, SC. You will assist with opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness of banquet areas, and provide courteous, efficient service.

Requirements include bartending experience, minimum 18 years old, high school graduate, knowledge of food, wine and liquor service, and the ability to complete ServSafe Alcohol online course and pass the SC ABL Server License within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Minimum age 18 to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of food, wine & liquor service preferred.
• Complete ServSafe Alcohol Online Course & Exam within 30 days of hire.
• Possess a valid ABL Server License issued by South Carolina within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from the Banquet Manager and Banquet Captain.
• Deliver service from opening to closing duties with minimal supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness of designated banquet areas.
