Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior bar-related experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of food, wine & liquor service preferred.
• Complete the South Carolina state-approved ServSafe Alcohol Online Course & Exam within 30 days of hire
• Possess a valid ABL Server License issued by the state of South Carolina within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate levels of inventory by replenishing bar supplies.
• Maintain the appearance of the bar and lounge areas by cleaning and resetting bars and related areas.
• Washes all glasses, utensils, and related items following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Properly disposes of recyclables and transports soiled barware to stewarding area.
• Follows standard food handling, sanitation, TIPS, and health department guidelines.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be flexible in schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty as needed.
