Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Bartender for banquet and hotel settings. The role focuses on crafting cocktails, providing recommendations, and maintaining bar presentation to Hyatt standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of beverages, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. CA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in banquet, hotel, or resort.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must have a valid CA Food Handler Certification.
• Must have valid CA RBS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide libations and offer customized recommendations.
• Be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain an attractive bar and deliver Hyatt standards.
• Support fast-paced service with guest focus.
