Qualifications

• Previous bartending service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure all service needs are met throughout the event.
• Take beverage orders and prepare cocktails accurately and efficiently.
• Understand BEOs and ensure inventory is counted at event end.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and standards.
• Assist with event setup, bar execution, breakdown and cleaning.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and monitor satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with guests about menus and beverages.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
