Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking an on-call Banquet Bartender in Greenwood Village, CO to mix, pour, and serve beverages at events. You will stock bars, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining guest satisfaction.

This role requires prior bartending experience in banquet settings, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. TIPS certification or enrollment within 30 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a banquet or event setting.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Familiarity with alcohol service regulations and TIPS certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to guests at all times.
• Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as required by the banquet event order.
• Set up and stock bars in advance of all events with necessary beverages and supplies.
• Inventory all beverage products before and after each event for cost reconciliation.
• Secure all alcohol and equipment at the close of each event.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal limits.
• Collaborate with the Banquet Manager to control costs and maintain cost-to-sales ratios.
• Work with security to ensure intoxicated guests are refused additional beverage service.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to the overall success of banquet services.
