Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Banquet Bartender in Montgomery, TX. The role involves mixing, pouring, and serving beverages at events, while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include bar setup, inventory, and cost control, with a focus on responsible service and teamwork with the Banquet Manager. TIPS certification or enrollment within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a banquet or event setting.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Familiarity with alcohol service regulations and TIPS certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guest needs.

• Attend department meetings and contribute to the overall success of banquet services.

Job Summary

Work Environment

Primarily an indoor role, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Frequent standing and walking for extended periods during events. Requires lifting and carrying items up to 20 lbs., with frequent handling of objects up to 10 lbs. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
