Job summary

Stonebridge Companies in Aurora, CO is seeking a Banquet Bartender to mix, pour, and serve beverages during events, following established guidelines and safety rules. This on-call position requires professional guest service and the ability to manage time effectively during busy banquets.

You will set up bars, stock supplies, handle payments, and ensure responsible service in compliance with alcohol regulations and TIPS where required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a banquet or event setting.
  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Familiarity with alcohol service regulations and TIPS certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guest needs.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for mixing, pouring, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during events, following established guidelines. This role ensures guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with legal regulations and minimizing liability.

Essential Functions and Duties
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests at all times.
  • Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as required by the banquet event order.

Work Environment

Primarily an indoor role, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Frequent standing and walking for extended periods during events. Requires lifting and carrying items up to 20 lbs., with frequent handling of objects up to 10 lbs. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
