The Merrill Hotel is seeking a Banquet Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service at banquets, weddings, conferences, and special functions. This role prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and ensures a clean, organized bar area.

The ideal candidate will verify guest ages, adhere to responsible alcohol service standards, and deliver attentive guest service to ensure a memorable event experience.

Qualifications

• Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary throughout events.
• Assist banquet staff with event operations as needed.
• Report any guest concerns or incidents to management promptly.
