Job summary

Hutchinson Shores Beach Resort in Jensen Beach, Florida is seeking a Banquet Bartender to deliver exceptional service during events and banquets. You will prepare and set up banquet bars and beverage stations, craft a range of drinks, adhere to liquor laws, and support event setup, service, and breakdown with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a banquet or bartending role is preferred.

Job description

As a Banquet Bartender you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to guests during events and banquets. Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing the banquet bar and beverage stations, expertly preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up banquet bar and beverage stations according to instructions from the Banquet Captain.
• Serve a variety of beverages to guests with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Adhere strictly to all state and federal liquor laws and regulations.
• Skillfully operate a blender to craft frozen and specialty drinks.
• Provide support by following reasonable directions from management as necessary.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain a clean and organized dining environment throughout events.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar bartending or banquet role is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
