Position Details

Banquet Bartender

Hourly Rate: $15.00

The Stella Hotel & Ballroom, located in Kenosha, offers 7,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a grand two-story ballroom. We seek fun and outgoing individuals to join our Banquets team as part-time Bartenders. We provide flexible schedules, cross-training opportunities, and a chance to learn the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Verify identification and age of customers.
• Take drink orders and serve beverages.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails according to hotel standards.
• Make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean work area and wash glassware and utensils.
• Process customer payments.
• Build rapport with guests to create a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure the bar area is fully equipped for beverage service.
• Focus on providing an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience in high-volume settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good personality and positive interpersonal skills.
• Dependability and regular attendance.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• City of Kenosha Bartender's license.
