Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a hospitality-driven bartender to deliver the warm welcome and expertly set up, serve, and tear down banquet bars and receptions.

You will support the Banquet Captain in executing functions, read Event Orders, manage bar setups, and craft both classic and trendy cocktails while maintaining cleanliness and adherence to policies. Qualifications

• 3 or more years of banquet experience, preferably in a four-diamond property.
• Minimum of 19 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages & must have a state issued liquor license
• Knows the ingredients and recipes for all classic cocktails as well as trendy cocktails.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with Guests, Management, Staff and co-workers to their understanding
• Ability to provide legible, written communication
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
• Knowledge of effective office organizational practices
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Cleans banquet room and banquet bar area during and after banquet functions.
• Greets and serves guests, following guidelines for “Aggressive Hospitality” and all other details of our policies and procedures regarding the service of food and beverages.
