Job summary

Westin Hotel Huntsville in Huntsville, AL is seeking a bartender to join our beverage team. You will set up bars for functions, prepare and serve drinks in compliance with policies and laws, and maintain cleanliness in the bar and service areas.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of bartending experience and be able to work weekends and holidays. Ability to lift 50 lbs and comply with safety standards is required. Certification such as TIPS is a plus.

• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar(s) in function area(s) according to standard policies and guest request.
• Make and serve drinks to guests, following all hotel, state, and federal laws and/or policies.
• Remove all trash and/or empty glasses from public areas.
• Breakdown and clean bar(s) thoroughly at completion of the function(s), being sure to return the bar and all supplies to proper storage areas.
