Grasslands Club is seeking a Banquet Bartender for part-time or full-time roles in Gallatin, TN. You will craft cocktails and other beverages, create a VIP bar experience, and ensure responsible service during events.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with care, speed, and a smile.
• Create a warm, engaging bar experience; remember names and make recommendations.
• Serve responsibly and follow Tennessee alcohol laws and club policies.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly, even when busy.
• Work with banquet servers, captains, and culinary team to set up, run, and break down events seamlessly.
• Present a polished, professional presence reflecting Grasslands Club standards.

Schedule

Events are the heart of this role, so weekend availability is essential. We also need help on our busiest holidays. Holiday shifts are rotated fairly among the team, so no one works every one.
