Job summary

Grasslands Club in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Banquet Bartender to deliver polished bar service at high-end events. You will craft cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks with speed and a smile, create a warm guest experience, and ensure responsible service in line with Tennessee laws.

The role requires availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and a positive, team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred; banquet or event experience is a plus.
• Tennessee ABC server permit, or willingness to obtain one after hire.

As a Banquet Bartender, you’re at the center of it all. You set the tone the moment a guest walks up to your bar. We’re looking for bartenders who love the energy of a great event, take pride in their craft, and want to be part of a team that has each other’s backs from setup to last call.

What You’ll Do

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with care, speed, and a smile
• Create a warm, engaging bar experience. Remember names, make recommendations, and make every guest feel like a VIP
• Serve responsibly and follow all Tennessee alcohol laws and club policies, every time
• Keep your bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly, even when it’s three deep
• Work alongside banquet servers, captains, and the culinary team to set up, run, and break down events seamlessly
• Bring a polished, professional presence that reflects the Grasslands standard

Schedule

Events are the heart of this role, so weekend availability is essential. We also need help on our busiest holidays. Holiday shifts are rotated fairly among the team, so no one works every one.
