This on-call, non-exempt role requires 2+ years in banquet/event management, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with POS systems and event software. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

The Banquet Captain is responsible for overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. This role works closely with the Banquet Manager to coordinate banquet operations, supervise staff, and maintain service standards for all events.
Primarily an indoor work environment with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 20 lbs. Requires walking and standing for extended periods, with occasional lifting and handling of event equipment. Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
