Job summary

Lido Beach Resort is seeking a banquet bartender to prepare and serve beverages for events on-site. You will maintain a clean bar area, follow all alcohol service laws, and ensure a positive guest experience throughout each event.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, preparing drinks, handling payments when needed, coordinating with banquet staff, and maintaining inventory. Prior experience and excellent customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down bar stations before and after events.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor beverage inventory and notify management of low stock.
• Process payments accurately, when applicable.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Communicate with banquet staff and management to ensure smooth event operations.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
