Responsible for the room set-up, teardown, and service operations for all conference and catering events.

Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:

• Set-up tables, chairs, and other banquet equipment for conference and catering events in accordance with customer contract requirements.
• Clean and maintain meeting spaces daily in accordance with company standards.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure punctual set-ups and teardowns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Work independently or in a team environment.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
• Relevant experience in a high-quality, high-volume catering and convention environment.
