Qualifications

• Maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures; reports unsafe conditions; uses equipment properly.
• Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule; may work outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean banquet functions; monitor assigned sections during events.
• Provide guests with high-quality service in a warm, enthusiastic manner.
• Ensure banquet area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Clear and lock banquet rooms at close of function and end of day.
• Assist in food production according to menu and number of guests.
• Monitor tables to ensure guests are served and take orders when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and wait stations; stock areas at shift end.
