Responsibilities

• Overseeing the administration of bankruptcy cases in the Region and field office.
• Litigation of issues in Chapter 11 matters including governance, fee applications, and plan confirmations.
• Handling civil enforcement matters in consumer bankruptcy, including discharge objections and misconduct issues.
• Assisting with appellate matters and coordinating with the Executive Office and U.S. Trustee.
• Supervising private trustees and collaborating with auditors, paralegals, and other staff.
• Working with law enforcement and stakeholders in the bankruptcy system.
• Participating in national projects and program policy development.
