Qualifications

• Experience in litigation and bankruptcy law.
• Ability to oversee bankruptcy cases and supervise officials.
• Familiarity with appellate matters and enforcement actions.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing administration of bankruptcy cases in Region and field office.
• Litigating issues in Chapter 11, including plan confirmation and disclosure statements.
• Litigating civil enforcement matters in consumer bankruptcy cases including discharge objections and misconduct.
• Assisting with appellate matters and national projects.
• Collaborating with federal/state enforcement partners and other staff.
