Qualifications

• Interest in bankruptcy, restructuring and litigation.

Responsibilities

• Own motion practice, discovery, and hearing prep to support the practice expansion.
• Develop real Chapter 7/11 and fiduciary matters for creditors and debtors.
• Direct client relationships and courtroom exposure from day one.
• Support billable capacity and contribute to practice growth toward partnership.
