A leading law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate with 2-4 years of experience handling in-court and out-of-court restructurings. The associate will represent debtors, creditors, and creditors’ committees in sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

• Assist with bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring transactions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Analyze financial and restructuring issues.
• Support negotiations and work closely with partners and clients.

Compensation: $195,000-$215,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
