Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of dedicated legal experience in corporate bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and bankruptcy litigation.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active member in good standing of the Texas Bar or eligible for admission by waiver.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactional restructuring matters and sophisticated bankruptcy litigation.
• Engage directly with clients and work on high-profile national and regional cases.
