Job summary

Truist is seeking a Bankruptcy Production Specialist I to handle processing of bankruptcy information from courts, clients, attorneys, and Trustees. You will review accounts, research case details, and notate statuses to ensure clear dispositions across internal teams.

The role requires thorough knowledge of bankruptcy forms, accurate documentation, and strong communication. You will work within Bankruptcy Management to meet performance metrics and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 12 months in bankruptcy or financial experience.
• Mastery of Bankruptcy Production Specialist I tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn bankruptcy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Research bankruptcy case information from court sites and resources.
• Complete federal bankruptcy forms accurately.
• Communicate with attorneys and Trustees as directed.
• Update loan systems with accurate bankruptcy coding.
• Train new teammates on best practices.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics.
