Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years in customer service or collections.
• Experience with bankruptcy processes or platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handles inbound and outbound bankruptcy calls with internal departments, attorneys, trustees and customers.
• Reviews the Resurgent Report daily for newly filed bankruptcy accounts.
• Updates systems in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors delinquency and coordinates post-bankruptcy actions with customers and legal teams.
