Job summary

Midland Credit Management is seeking a Bankruptcy Specialist to support the bankruptcy team and partner network in daily operations. You will monitor both automated and manual processes for outsourced accounts and participate in projects and analysis as needed, sharing performance results and process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of customer service or clerical experience, strong communication skills, and basic MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years customer service or clerical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry.
• Experience with system queries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bankruptcy team and partner network in daily operations.
• Monitor automated and manual processes for outsourced accounts.
• Provide regular tracking and reporting on processes and financial performance.
• Serve as SME for one or more complex projects.
• Suggest improvements to daily workflows and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
