Job summary

Encore Capital Group in Michigan is seeking a Bankruptcy Specialist to support the Bankruptcy team and partner network in daily operations. The role includes monitoring automated and manual processes and contributing to projects and analyses to communicate performance and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of customer service or clerical experience, strong communication skills, and basic MS Office proficiency; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service or clerical experience.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in data entry and system queries.

Responsibilities

• Relationship with and request fulfillment for internal / external customers.
• Process administrative material and tasks.
• Provides regular tracking and reporting on adherence to daily processes and / or financial performance.
• Subject matter expert for one or more projects with high levels of complexity.
• Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
