Carrington Mortgage Services seeks a detail-oriented professional to complete and monitor ledgers through bankruptcy processes on residential mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with investor timelines and company policies.

You will verify payment histories, respond to bankruptcy attorneys, remediate data issues, file and track notices, and support process improvement across BK workflows, with opportunities for training and cross-department collaboration.

Formación

• Strong math skills for manual calculations.
• Ability to manage work to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience balancing ledgers; accounting background helpful.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and balance ledgers for bankruptcy processes with high accuracy.
• Verify/ research borrower payment history and resolve posting discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from bankruptcy attorneys and other parties.
• Remediate files by researching and correcting servicer data and images.
• Handle verification of borrower payment histories and discrepancies.
• Process bankruptcy documents and prepare required filings.
• Audit and manage set-up filings, notices, and closings for accuracy.
• Identify gaps and propose continuous improvement in BK processes.
