You will verify payment histories, post discrepancies, and coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate processing throughout the bankruptcy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong math and manual calculation skills for complex filings and motions.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience balancing ledgers and accounting familiarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete and monitor ledgers for bankruptcy processes with high accuracy.
• Research and remediate files and servicer data to resolve discrepancies.
• Process bankruptcy documents and notices throughout all stages.
• Coordinate with departments and management on BK process improvements.
• Provide insights and educate junior staff on bankruptcy procedures.
