The position involves managing creditor bankruptcy files, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with Florida court requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in bankruptcy procedures, and possesses strong communication skills, with a supportive work environment offering comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience handling Chapter 7, 11, and 13 Bankruptcy matters.
• Experience preparing Motions for Relief from Stay, Transfer of Claim, and Proof of Claim.
• Experienced with Florida Court system’s e-filing system.

Responsibilities

• Work on Creditor Bankruptcy files in a mortgage foreclosure context.
• Open files in Case Aware and perform necessary searches.
• Prepare Transfer of Claims (TOC), Proof of Claims (POC), and related notices.
