Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review all incoming federal bankruptcy court documents and determine action.
• Process bankruptcy documents such as filings, discharge orders, and dismissals.
• Coordinate with attorneys and trustees; refer complex actions to network firms.
• Attend 341 hearings as needed.
• Ensure daily processes comply with changing bankruptcy laws.
