Job summary

The United States Courts seek a Case Administrator to manage bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings from opening through final disposition using the CM/ECF system.

Duties include reviewing documents for conformance with federal and local rules, collecting filing fees, issuing notices and processing orders, and generating reports on docket progression. The role opens cases, docketing pleadings and orders, and coordinating with judges, court staff, attorneys, trustees, and other filers.

Responsibilities
