Elgen Staffing represents a prestigious nationwide law firm in Nevada seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney. The role focuses on providing excellent representation for clients in bankruptcy matters, including lender/creditor and borrower perspectives, with emphasis on Chapter 7 and 13 cases.

The candidate will manage motions, attend court hearings, and oversee mortgage mediation matters while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting case goals.

Qualifications

• JD and active law license in the jurisdiction of practice.
• 1–10 years of bankruptcy experience, preferably in Chapter 7 and 13 representing lenders/creditors.
• Chapter 11 experience and adversary proceedings is a plus.
• Must be admitted to the Nevada Bar (or relevant state bar) and in good standing.
• Must be admitted to practice in Federal District Courts in Tennessee (or relevant jurisdiction).
• Must reside in Tennessee (or relevant jurisdiction).
• Strong understanding of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy procedures and laws.

Our candidate of choice will be responsible for providing excellent representation for clients in bankruptcy matters, including both lender/creditor and borrower perspectives, with a focus on Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 cases.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with court procedures and practice.
• Proficiency in numbers and basic accounting.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy law proceedings
