Job summary

COA Network Inc. in Tucker, GA seeks an experienced bankruptcy litigator to represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. The role requires handling adversary proceedings, drafting court filings, and conducting strategic research.

You will work directly with clients, trustees, and opposing counsel from day one. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of bankruptcy litigation, strong written and oral advocacy, and familiarity with the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of bankruptcy litigation experience on the creditor side.
• Demonstrated courtroom and adversary proceeding experience.
• Familiarity with the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court strongly preferred.
• Sharp written and oral advocacy — you can argue a motion and write a brief.
• Ability to manage a complex docket with minimal handholding.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11, and related bankruptcy proceedings.

• Conduct legal research and prepare litigation strategy memoranda.

• Communicate directly with clients, trustees, opposing counsel, and the Court.
• Work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys on complex commercial litigation matters.
