Job summary

Orion Placement in Birmingham, AL seeks a meticulous paralegal to support bankruptcy filings under attorney supervision. You will prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, gather financial data, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hands-on experience preparing consumer bankruptcy petitions is required.
• Experience with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy procedures preferred.
• Familiarity with Best Case Bankruptcy software is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver responsive client service.
