This is a role for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows through, and is always looking for ways to improve, both personally and professionally. You won’t be micromanaged, but you will be expected to stay engaged, keep cases moving, and contribute to the team.

You should be comfortable stepping into work you already know how to do and equally willing to learn what you don’t. Initiative matters here. So does consistency.

This is a remote position with occasional in‑person court appearances in Austin, San Antonio, and Waco. The role is full‑time (40 hours/week).

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience. In addition, this role includes a performance‑based bonus structure with the potential to earn up to $4,000 per month.
