Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Must be an active member of your local bar association.
• At least 2 years of client representation preferred.
• Eighteen months of bankruptcy attorney experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs.
• Help manage case pipelines to prevent bottlenecks.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone.
