Competenze

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in South Carolina.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures and Title 11.
• Experience with legal tools such as Best Case, CM/ECF PACER.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
