Nardella & Nardella, PLLC in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to represent businesses and individuals in Chapter 11 matters. This on-site role requires direct debtor representation and active FL Bar licensure, with a focus on practical client service and strategic advocacy.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of bankruptcy experience, strong writing and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of bankruptcy law experience.
• Direct Chapter 11 debtor representation experience is required.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and client communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent businesses and individuals in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
• Advise clients throughout the Chapter 11 process from case strategy through plan confirmation.
• Draft bankruptcy petitions, motions, pleadings, disclosure statements, and reorganization plans.
• Appear before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for hearings and contested matters.
• Negotiate with creditors, trustees, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
• Develop strategic solutions for financially distressed businesses.
• Maintain regular communication with clients while providing practical legal advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys across business, litigation, and insolvency matters as needed.
