Job description

McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with experience handling surety matters for the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office. Bar admission in NY and/or NJ is required. The attorney would be part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice with an emphasis in contract claims, litigations and transactions. Experience in some or all of these areas is not necessarily required. Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $185,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
