• Familiarity with the software lifecycle management and data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Document application workflows, requirements, and system architecture for banking platforms.
• Shadow analysts during testing, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Monitor application performance and report issues to the support team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to technology improvements.
• Support data gathering and analysis for small projects.
