Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Information Systems or related field.
• Strong interest in financial services and FinTech.
• Basic understanding of software lifecycle management and data concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Document application workflows, system functional requirements, and architecture for consumer and commercial banking platforms (lending origination, CRM, incentive management, loan operation & credit risk).
• Shadow seasoned analysts during testing, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Monitor application performance and report issues to the support team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to technology improvement discussions.
• Support data gathering and analysis for small-scale projects or enhancements.
• Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques under supervision.
• Contribute to documentation efforts including use cases, user guides, procedures, and training materials.
