Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. You will provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients, guiding a multi-disciplinary team and acting as the main contact for clients.

Senior Manager responsibilities include managing risk and financial performance, mentoring staff, and identifying new marketplace opportunities to grow the tax practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of pass-through and partnership tax experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; CPA, JD/LLM or EA credential per listing.
• Experience with pass-through entities and partnerships in multiple engagements.
• Ability to manage client service teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experiences.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects.
• Advise clients and be accountable for delivering high quality tax service and advice.
• Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm.
