• Ensures application functionality and efficiency and collaborates with lines of business to support development, configuration, testing, upgrades and implementation of business systems.
• Collaborates and actively participates with lines of business to support business objectives, requirements, and challenges and gathers documentation.
• Maintains expert working knowledge and documentation of systems supported to provide accurate technical and operational guidance to Team Members.
• Builds vendor relationships representing the Credit Union and gains understanding of vendor services and benefits that are available.
• Conducts research and identifies areas for process improvements, cost savings, efficiencies and communicates trends, patterns and insights that can help improve business decisions.
• Assists with Audit, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning as directed for IT.
• Provides after-hours and weekend support for applications and systems as needed.
• Presents reports and other presentations periodically to the Leadership Team and any Stakeholders.
