Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Related Field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly financial performance analyses and distributes findings to management.
• Gathers peer data with internal partners to analyze performance and inform pricing actions.
• Supports the Director Finance in assessments of financial risk and in communicating impact of initiatives.
• Supports profitability measurement across all levels (branch, cost center, product, and member).
• Assists with regulatory reporting, including the Call Report, CECL, Public Funds, and Blanket Collateral quarterly submissions.
• Supports the annual budgeting process with cross-team collaboration.
