Job summary

Orrstown Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II in York, PA to serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise systems, overseeing creation, documentation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. You will partner with business units and system providers to support alignment and prepare meaningful insights for management.

The role emphasizes data quality, risk management, and collaboration with the Chief Information Security Officer on the BCP, including testing and updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in new system implementation, conversions, upgrades, and banking compliance.
• 3+ years building relationships with partners to elicit requirements and deploy solutions.
• Experience with financial core systems and CRM is strongly preferred.
• Industry experience in retail or commercial banking with strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor workflows, design, document, implement, and maintain improvements.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to management and committees.
• Develop standardized processes and resolve issues with system providers.
• Coordinate testing, testing scripts, and vendor collaboration for upgrades.
• Map data structures and reporting needs with business units.
• Guide customer support and data teams; stay informed on policy changes.
• Develop and oversee the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and testing schedules.
• Coordinate cross-department communication and ensure timely information flow.
