Job summary

U.S. Bank in St. Paul, MN, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as a key contact for customers across phone, chat, and email. You’ll help navigate questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions with confidence.

This role is part of a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality service. Location: St. Paul, MN with 3+ days onsite per week. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve customer concerns during the first interaction when possible.
• Provide account information and assist with account maintenance requests.
• Research and resolve payment errors, billing disputes, and service issues.
• Assist customers with online banking and portal navigation.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate while owning the customer experience.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and professional service across all interactions.
• Manage a high volume of contacts while maintaining quality and efficiency.
