Responsibilities

Complete real work in the assigned department and contribute to meaningful projects.
Research and present on a real banking issue facing the industry.
Participate in a professionalism series covering communication, etiquette, and interviewing skills.
Present a business research project to senior leadership.
Engage in data analysis or reporting as applicable.
