Job summary

Commerce Bank is offering a paid summer internship in Human Resources (Talent Management) in Kansas City. The role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration while engaging in projects.

The program includes rotations across HR functions, exposure to benefits, compensation, inclusion, and technology, and runs 11 weeks from May 18 to July 30, 2027. Interns work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm onsite four days a week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in Business or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding Support—assist with postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding logistics.
• HR Administration & Documentation—maintain employee records and HR files.
• Employee Engagement & Communication—support internal events, surveys, and culture initiatives.
• Project Work—participate in HR projects, campus initiatives, and process improvements.
