Accenture Strategy is seeking an early-career strategy consulting professional with foundational experience in banking and financial services. You will support engagement delivery, build analytical frameworks, and contribute to client workstreams across banking and capital markets.

As a consultant, you will take ownership of analytical tasks, develop models, and present analyses to clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel may be required as needed to serve banking clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional services experience in management consulting or technology consulting
• 2+ years of experience working with banking or capital markets clients
• 1 year of experience designing or assessing operating models, governance structures, or risk and control frameworks for financial services clients
• 2+ years of experience building quantitative or financial models to support client recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of strategy and transformation projects for banking clients
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to develop insights and analysis
• Build models, frameworks, and structured deliverables including presentations and Excel analyses
• Contribute to operating model assessments, governance and risk framework design
• Participate in client workshops and meetings and support materials preparation
• Support digital transformation workstreams, including operating model design and regulatory considerations
• Apply AI tools to accelerate research and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Accenture’s Strategy, Technology and Operations
• Contribute to internal banking practice development and sector knowledge bases
• Travel may be required based on client demand
